To get an Email when someone posts, reply to a thread I am watching

I set up my preferences and the alerts and the push works, but I do not get an email from this Forum. To get an Email when someone posts or reply's to a thread I am watching would be nice...Am I missing something in the set-up?

Does anybody know how to get an email from this forum to subscribed threads?
